Fully automatic fresh shrimp shelling processing production line

1)The processing system consists of a cleaning system, a quick freezing system, a thawing system, a feeding and conveying system, a secondary shelling system, a secondary processing system, a single freezing system, and a finished shrimp packaging and storage system. Mainly used for large-scale shelling processing of head shrimp. After cleaning, shelling, impurity removal, inspection and other processes, the processed product ultimately becomes a finished shrimp.

2)The overall equipment is made of 304 stainless steel material, and all components or materials meet hygiene production requirements. Compared to traditional processing methods, it saves a lot of labor and greatly improves production efficiency, making it suitable for processing large quantities of shrimp.
