How it works

The working principle of the toase-shaping machine is relatively simple, mainly including the following steps:Dough feed: Put the dough on the conveyor belt of the toast shaping machine and push the dough through the chain or conveyor belt to the mold area.

·Mold shaping: The mold area consists of corrugate-shaped molds that press the dough into the same shape as the mold to achieve the shaping of the toast.

·Fermentation: The dough needs to be fermented under specific temperature and humidity conditions, and the fermentation time varies depending on the type of equipment and the state of the dough, usually ranging from 30 minutes to 1 hour.

·Baking: The leavened dough will be automatically sent to the oven for baking, and the baking time will vary depending on the equipment model and baking temperature, usually taking 10 minutes to 20 minutes.
