1. Paper roll unit:
A. This equipment unwinds a roll of paper; the unwinding shaft adopts two sets of wide belt unwinding; the unwinding force is controlled by an independent hard-surface gear-type worm gear box, which is easy to adjust;
B. A set of heavy-duty pneumatic automatic feeding devices; the maximum pulling force can withstand 500kg; the maximum weight can withstand 5.0 tons;
C. A set of embossing devices; each set uses a steel carving and hard-coated rubber embossing wheel combined with a special thickened wear-resistant steel roller for embossing. The depth of embossing is controlled by air pressure (pressure barometer adjustment) and the pattern noise is unmarked. (Various patterns can be customized according to customer requirements).
D. The equipment has a gear-type turbine box to adjust the wire spacing. There is no need to change gears between 10-60CM, which is convenient for adjusting production without waste. The wire is stable around, no noise, and no domestic noise.
E. The long winding rollers of this equipment are all knurled and electroplated, with good smoothness, large friction coefficient, stable winding, and can produce cored and coreless products. The finished product winding stepless speed device can adjust the speed of the finished product winding, so that the tightness (size) of the finished product roll diameter can be freely controlled.
F. The equipment is equipped with a set of automatic winding devices, which can automatically wind the finished product after winding, and is equipped with an automatic cutter and a secondary winding device, which is faster.
